Booking Terms
How booking works.
Clear terms, locked in writing. Every rental is covered by a written rental agreement.
Deposit to lock your date
A 50% deposit is due within 48 hours of booking to secure your date and equipment.
Due before the event
The remaining balance is due before the performance or event begins.
Late fee
A 10% late fee applies to balances outstanding after 7 days.
Agreement & security deposit
A written rental agreement is required, along with a refundable equipment security deposit based on the rental value.

Is a DJ performance included?
No. The equipment tiers are rentals only. DJ BRE can be added separately by the hour — $125/hr to $350/hr depending on tier — with a 4-hour minimum booking.
How does the deposit work?
A 50% deposit is due within 48 hours of booking to lock your date. The balance is due before the performance or event, and a 10% late fee applies to balances outstanding after 7 days.
Is delivery included?
Delivery and pickup is an optional service starting at $150. Professional setup and breakdown starts at $250.
What comes with the Photo Booth Experience?
Starting at $649, it includes up to three hours, an attendant, printed photos, unlimited sessions during the booked time, digital sharing, a custom event overlay, setup, and breakdown. Additional hours are $150 each.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes — a refundable equipment security deposit based on the rental value, with a written rental agreement for every booking.
Can the package total change?
Delivery, location, event duration, staffing, and customization can change the final total. Variable services are marked “Starting at,” and your final quote is confirmed when you book.
